Geoterra, Fantasy Midievil FUN!

Belvin and Matt both raise a brow as Kusenai was dragged outside. Matt had walked into the forge, which had plenty of room and was remarkably clean despite the dirty rumor about dwarves. Belvin sat down at the table and ate his breakfast, Matt waited in the forge for Kusenai and Hatune.

Matt took a look at both of them before walking to a barrel which one would find full of dull swords of differing heights and weight, same with other weapons that were clearly made for practice purposes. Levelling a bastard sword at them he winked. "I suggest getting some food, both of you will be sparring with me. I mean no boast, but you'll need your energy and to be fully powered." Words spoke confidently but kindly as well. Matt would wait for them both.

"EF YE BRREAK ANAY OF M'STOOF AH'LL KILL YE ALL AN' NOT LOSE A WAINK UH SLEHP!!" A booming scottish voice coming from Belvin.

Kusenai broke a light sweat, but strode over to the food fixings. He raised an eyebrow to Belvin before getting the okay to take food. He loaded a fish, 3 straberries onto his plate, and poured a half glass of (cow)milk. He guzzled the food down, when he realized he was in fact very hungry. Hatsune finished her portion about the time he did, and they reported back in front of Matt. "Ah, sh*t... I forgot my knives. Hatsune?" he asked slightly quiet, due to embarrasment. She held out a hand, as magic slowly coursed through her forearm. A black material formed in her palm, and it solidified after a few moments. He gratefully accepted the dark knives, and turned toward Matt, ready for instruction.

Smile was given as Matt watched Kusenai and Hatsune feasted on what they will, managing to rustle up fish and berries. An iron grip rested upon his sword, right hand's knuckles near white. Pale green eyes watched as magic daggers were summoned, his skin crawled with the premise of possible new injury. "Don't hold back." Advice given as his wrist turned, his blade twirling through the air. Striking forward with an overhead swing, a typical and open strike though performed with deadly finesse which was odd for someone of his height and size. Sword tip aimed for shoulder, blunt blade would do no more than smart and bruise.

Belvin grumbled as he ate his breakfast, dwarf eating more than the three put together. Patting his slightly round belly was patted, clear muscle underneath though with a layer of natural fat that comes with age and complacency. Dwarf's dark eyes surveyed his surroundings as he walked out the back. Form clapped his hands infront of him, his arms rubbed over his arms to fight off the morning cool. Though his eyes saw dark figures moving in the darkness, his eyes able to follow them till they disappeared into the corners. Grumble given as he patted his chest and shoulders, "We mey have a wahrr comin soon!" Words whispered as he walked back to his shop. Arms crossed as he watched the play of the duo and paladin, like two children facing their father in play.

Caidy would notice figures moving in the shadows outside, inside, amd even in the shadows of others. Though like Belvin they vanished in the corners, though not before leaving a very eerie chill. She could also swear someone was walking upstairs and in her forge, which would she pursue?

Kusenai, and hatsune dodged to rather side of the attack. Unimpressed, Kusenai decided to gain a few yards. Hatsune, the same jogged backwards. She flicked her hands forward, to test the reflexes of the paladin. Kusenai focused to see where his next move was. He spun the knives in his hands, as it was a habit, and flung them following Matt's movements. 6 left.

Sighed and leaned back when she waved her hand, expecting a spell. They would feel his own aura increase in density. This aura of good which Paladins channeled through themselves was the source of their power, the divines gifting those of lawful disposition with power. As he leaned back he watched knives get thrown, and his wrist twisted out of habit, knives knocked aside, burying into wooden walls. Smirk given as he moved towards Kusenai, having no reason to fear Hatsune yet. Sword thrusted forward at Kusenai's midsection stomach with the dull end, again enough force to bruise and perhaps upset his stomach.

Caidy's feet echoed through her shop, whispers in dark tongue and hushed tones in her ears. Light danced brighter and larger than they should be. When peaked into the forge she would find disgusting red creatures, imps. Their skin like blood, with pimples, spikes and scars. Their tails like spaded spears, swaying and snapping to and fro. Their hands ending in sharp claws, and their backs spouting bat wings. Ugly faces, long noses, and sharp short horns. Loincloths barely concealing demonically equipped creatures. Their hands juggling fire as they smile with glee, Caidy was unnoticed and could easily see them stoking the fire and letting it spread.

Matt gave kusenai's reflexes a go, an Kusenai bent backwards. The wind of the strike tickled his bare abdomen. He rolled backwards tossing two knives up before catching them again. He grunted, and flung them forward, in circular motions. Each positioned to take out his leather straps keeping on his chest plate. 4 left. Taking a second, he closed his eyes sensing danger afoot. But opened them quickly, cautious of Matt. Hatsune finally read off kusenai's attack and sent three black spears soaring towards the paladin, both aware of the increase of magic from him.

Matt blinked as he saw his thrust dodged. Sword swung in a sideways arc as hd leaned backwards, the two knives being forced to collide in the air. The sharp blades easily tear through Matt's padded tunic and withdraw a small amount of crimson liquid from a small cut. The spears missed entirely from him leaning back. Glad for that would have been a serious wound. Matt bounded towards Hatsune, realizing her ability to end this before it began, aiming a low sweeping strike at her leg. Aiming to wound her with a bruise, maybe a bone bruise but nothing serious.

Imps laugh at Caidy, their hands wave at her as she manages to solve part of the problem as far as the fire on a small part of the floor. She would hear the flap of wings and a high pitched cry from an Imp before sharp claws and hot flesh slammed into her right shoulder. An Imp's attempt of a snrak attack to rid them of this dangertow female, and perhaps even to have some fun in the process.

Kusenai could only watch as hatsune was swept from the ground. Letting his emotion best him, he took off in a sloppy fashion towards Matt. A low growl escaped his lips, as he swung with the blades. He had realized his mistake, but it was too late.

Kusenai's brain surged with an idea. He needed to act quickly. Using his momentum of pouncing, he spun on his left ankle and landed sprawled across the floor away from the paladin. That's when he saw it.. Out the window was smoke billowing from the direction of an all-too familiar shop. Far away over rooftops, he could spot the black smoke. "Matt, I believe you know the jeweler.. I think she's in trouble! Follow!" Kusenai glanced at hatsune, and up to belvin. He narrowed his eyes giving a message of 'you better take care of her' clearly he didn't know what he signing for, but without a second glance, he took off out the door at full speed.

Matt grumbled as he went to whack Kusenai. Matt watched and heard his words. "Aye, that would be smart...if the town wasn't under attack. Can you not feel the evil?" Deep voice asked almost nonchalantly, as if this was normal. Matt put his practice sword in the bin and walked to Hatsune. Placing a palm over her head and muttering prayers for his god Alzuim, god of Strength Honor, and Loyalty. She would feel holy energy surge through her, healing any ailments ir injuries and rejuvenating her energy. Matt would walk out of the forge as Belvin would walk inside.

Belvin eyed Kusenai, the large dwarf had never been good at reading people's intention so he ignored the boy's look. In his hands he held two dwarven axes. They were three feet long metal shafts with stocky square ax blades attached. The profile of a bearded dwarf upon them. Smirking as he twirled the axes, as if testing their weight. Belvin was readying for a fight, as more smoke billowed from other forges, homes, and inns. Guard's feet frantically ran to and fro as people started screaming, and calling for help. Clerics, magicians, conjurers, sorcerors, and paladins as well as anyone handy with blade, skill, or magic alike ran to aid.

The imps weren't hard to hit and injure. Daggers sank home on imps, their vile black blood oozed and stained, hot to the touch but not painfully so. Metal rod smacked into the bodies of the imps, cracking skull and bone alike. There were a number of these creatures in the forge and more coming from upstairs

The town was in a panic and an uproar, and it got worse as the sky mysteriously darkened and swirled. Imps latched on to people, rending and tearing flesh and hair, for the lucmy few. Others gained entry in to depraved shows of demonic sexuality, their bodies no more than toys. Guards swung swords and blocked with shield against their foe, paladins doing the same. Spell users throwing fire, ice, lightning, creatures and all they had at the flying demons. All manner of skill users jumped on the scene. Arrows filled the air as much as daggers, masters of beasts sending their pets to battle. Though everything seemed to get worse, now other demons joined the scene.

Large demonic dogs the size of ponies attacking beast master's pets. Thin flying demons that lookes like corrupted elves fired barbed and flaming arrows upon the scene. Large gray demons with broad shoulders and muscles stood at a towering seven feet and swung greatswords that looked to be nothing more than great sharpened squares of metal. Lanky and hunched over figures in robes mutteres spells of disease, hell fire, and the like upon mages. It was a full out battle with a large ebon figure standing on the battlements above the north gate.

Kusenai's heart skipped a beat, as he saw Caidy's shop in rubble, Ed looking through a window. Running forward in a burst of speed, he barreled through the uproar. A demonic hound snarled at him, and pounced vicously over the fray. Kusenai rolled away but lost his footing when the beast landed. Stumbling, he was knocked over by a group of imps, and they clawed at his body creating crimson lines against his pale skin. He charged magic into his right eye, and released it. Blue light erupted from his form, disintegrating nearby imps. Hearing a roar, he turned to feel immense pain searing across his chest. He was knocked back into a lamppost shattering it in half. He looked down to see three lines diagnol down his chest. He shifted his gaze up, too late being rammed by the hound's forehead.

Wind escaped his lips, as he groaned in pain. Another wall shattered under his form, and he was buried in rubble. Time stopped, as he saw the hound going in for the final attack. "Aarghh!" he yelled, and pushed off the ground. Jumping over the beast, he planted a knife into its forhead. running foreward, he wasnt going to let Caidy die because of his weakness.
Ignoring the gnome, he bouded through the front door.With the help of magic, he could sense Caidy's signature. Grabbing a piece of wall, he tossed it over his shoulder, and moved on to a large chunk of wood. Seeing a tuft of black hair, he dug faster uncovering Caidy's pained face.

He pulled the rest of the rubble from on top of her body, and checked her pulse. It was fading, and uncontrolled. Her condition, fatal. He mentally thanked his god dearly, and unbuttoned the bottom half of her tunic. No evil intentions, he placed his palm square to her stomach. He coughed, a trickle of blood trailed down his lip to his chin. His back seering in a more tough pain than last time. A tear dropped rom his eye lid. He checked her pulse again, sighing in releaf.

Matt strode upstairs to his room as a miniature apocalypse unleashed outside. While Caidy slapped around imps, he donned his chainmail. Whilst Colin ran and Kusenai fought off the Demon Hound, he fastened plates of armor. As Kuse ai dug, Matt strode down the stairs armor, helm, shield, weapons and all. His holy aura gleaming like a beacon against evil. A few imps shied away from him in pain as he strode outside.

Belvin guarded the shop, ax found more imps than anything else. Though a hound or two got a taste of dwarven steel between the eyes. Splitting the heavy skull as one would split a log. Belvin smiling to himself as he guarded his shop and Hatsune. Belvin care not for what the lass did, only that she steer clear of him.

Matt mumbled words of prayer and power. His sword and shield glowed with holy energy. One could hear a hissing sound as tainted energies bounced off his body. Those within ten meters of him felt relief, power, and protection of a holy nature. Uncaring for fatigue, the paladin was ready for war. Left hand clasped his large metal round shield, whilst right hand unsheathed his bastard sword. Steel gleaming in a most holy manner as he strode forth.

Matt's blade swung through the air with grace and ease, cleaving imps in two as easily as slicing cheese. Weak demons were hardly a challenge, not even a match for the holy warrior. Though as he strode towards Caidy's shop, he was stopped in his tracks. The ebon demon who sat upon the battlements appeared behind Matt, towering over him by a good eight inches, the ebon demon as tall as the greatsword wielding ones. A demonic left hand rested upon Matt's left shoulder while armor was rended and flesh pierced by right hand being shoved into Matt and through ribcage, tearing out the Paladin's mighty heart. "Not today warrior, you are too strong.....I don't like that." Voice was as deep as an abyss, cold as ice, and hoarse as a shriek. Smile given as he feasted upon the holy heart.

Kusenai would find his hand grabbed by a dark blue hand. White flesh of a woman gave way to demonic hue of blue with dark veins. Black hair turned ice blue, and horns grew from pretty forehead. A laughing shriek given from a now demonic woman under him. "Hey there sug! Thought I was a goner! THANKS!" High pitched voice like nails on a chalkboard. Her grip like iron as her other hand motioned at him, flinging fire at the blacksmith.

Taking the blow, he was knocked backwards onto the ground. A small fire cracked in her hands, and she turned to where Ed was pulling things away from inside the mass of rubble. Kusenai had to keep her attention long enough to ward off her unwanted gaze. Unaffected by the fire, he spun the knives in his palm. He had three due to using one on the demonic beast from earlier. Running forward he dodged several spells, before unleashing himself upon her. The two dueled back and forth giving eachother scars, bruises, and marks.

He charged forward in great power, easily pinning her to the ground. He brought his knife down aiming to the neck, but she countered with her forearm against his. Straning to push it further, he could sense the build up of power in her forearm. "I see true power in those eyes of yours, I hope you dont mind LENDING it to me!" She cackeled madly as she used her other hand to lash out at his eye. He now was on the defensive, as her fingers prodded the creases of his eyesockets. At once, he felt the power in her arm unstabilize and release. That was the last he saw before his vision disapeared.

Matt's cold body lied within eyeshot of Blevin's shop, and Caidy's jewelry store. Pale eyes turning white, skin paling as he bled out from a large hand sized wound on his side, where the head demon ripped out his heart. Ebon demon smiling as he looked on the masses of fighting demons and humans. Sharp teeth stained crimson as he ate Matt's heart. Eerie eyes watching every fight intensely.

The witch smiled as her fire hit home, it was Hellfire. A dangerous blaze that burnt the flesh and hair of Kusenai, since he is not of demon blood. Witch smiling and cackling madly as she watched Kusenai jump back and run forward. Her hands extended to either side, whipping bolts of Hellfire at Kusenai and Colin. (THIS IS THE ONLY ACTION SHE MAKES! A POST CONSISTS OF ONE ACTION! IN COMBAT IT IS REDUCED TO A THREE SECOND OR SO ACTION!)

Belvin's eyes watered as he could see his boy, tears streaming down soot covered and demon blood stained cheeks. Ax blades whirling in impressive arcs as they cleave imp and demon in two. Dwarf crying out to his god in anger amd grief as he launched from his front porch to the form of a large gray demon wielding a large greatsword.
