LoZ: A Link Between World

I just finished it and OH MY GOD. There were at least two things that I didn't see coming until RIGHT as they were happening.

I found all 100 MaiaMais.

I had both defense upgrades.

I had both Master Sword upgrades.

I was only missing 6 Heart Pieces.

I collected a total of 19222 rupees over the course of the game.

I died once.

Has anyone else played it? How did you do? What did you think of the plot and whatnot? Especially the ending. And please, post spoilers in spoilers.

I have only ever played Phantom Hourglass (Finished with most of the extra stuff) Four Swords (Finished) and Ocarina of Time (Havent even gotten the water gem/crystal/thing).

Good god, man! Why haven't you gotten any farther in OoT? Why haven't you played more of the games?!

I havent really had a chance! I only played OoT at my friends house, and otherwise I dont have any nintendo systems.

Oot is one of the best ever... I got stuck in that stupid well though, and have no idea where to go...

That well is confusingly easy. None of the chests are important. You basically have to drain the water and crawl through a hole.

While we're on the subject of the well, can we talk about how it's obviously a torture chamber?

With those stupid reddead things crawling everywhere? Yes.
I'm in the well as an adult now... Stupid thing... I keep forgetting where I left off in that maze of randomness, and that eye of truth eludes me time after time...

I wasn't aware you could go into the well as an adult at all. I thought it was sealed off. I do know that there's no reason for it.

And the Redeads aren't everywhere, they're just at the bottom level.

Look, as a kid, go into the well. Follow the water around until you come to the Triforce symbol. Play Zelda's Lullaby and drain the water. Go back to where you came in at and there'll be a big hole that was filled with water. Jump down in it. There should be a hole in the wall that you can crawl through. Do so and continue that way. Fight the Dead Hand. Claim your prize. Flee in terror.

Speaking of torture chambers, has anyone here played Metal Gear Solid?

I played the first one once. I couldn't get past the first level.

Metal Gear Solid didn't really have levels... Unless your'e talking about the original Metal Gear(NES) I havent played that one.

This was on the original Playstation. There was an elevator and some sneaking and that's as far as I got.

Oh. That isn't very far at all. Was it too hard or are you just not interested?

It was too hard. Then again, I was probably about 8 or 9.

Haha, well if you get time I definitely recommend playing it again.
